I want to know more about this one. It seems to be an original. What is its provenance (so to speak?)

Kay, the painting is "The Second Coming" by Harry Anderson. It's really common in Mormon meetinghouses. I googled around a bit and found that Anderson is a Seventh-Day Adventist and was commissioned several times by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, beginning in the 1960s. I assume this painting came from one such commision. His wife once said, "Harry Anderson would include himself among 'plain American people.' But on the other hand he has helped a lot of other people rise above their level, to lift their sights above their problems. Through his brush he has introduced them to the Savior he knows, the compassionate yet capable Jesus."

(I found this info at http://www.schoolofabraham.com/anderson.htm)

I've seen this picture lots of times (sometimes with the bottom portion, depicting a desert environment, included, and sometimes with it cut out), but I've never seen the the Jesus figure in 3D like in this one.
